COVID-19 Update

Brooks Insurance Agency is closely monitoring the updates around the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Brooks Insurance wants to ensure that we are taking all the precautionary measures to avoid any risks for both our customers and our employees.

At this time, we will operate on normal business hours Monday – Thursday 9am and 5pm and Friday 9am to 4pm. We encourage all of our customers to use the online portal to make payments, send payments by mail when possible and/or phone the office at 704-922-5133. All endorsements must be made in writing/email or verbally over the phone. Signatures forms will be mailed if required.

If you do need to visit our physical office, we ask that you are mindful of our staff’s well-being and keep physical contact to a minimum. Please use common sense if you are sick or have recently been sick to help reduce potential risk of others.
